Managing Printers

BarTender Cloud uses the Print Gateway Service to automatically detect printers that are connected to it and that are shared with the tenant network, and then it adds them to the list of available printers. You can use the Printers page to view and manage these printers.

To edit a printer's information, icon, or color

In the left navigation pane of the Manage Cloud Account view, click Printers to display the Printers page.
In the printer list, click the printer name to display the Printer Details page.
On the Printer Details page, click the Edit tab.
On the Edit tab, make the edits that you want, as follows:
- In the Friendly Name field, edit the printer name.
- In the Description field, edit the description.
- In the Location list, select a new network location for the printer.
- Click Change Icon to select a new icon for the printer.
- In the Icon Color list, select a new color for the printer icon.
Click Save Changes.
