The Inventory menu contains options that allow you to manage and track your inventory of printer parts, media, and supplies.

The Inventory menu options are summarized below.

• New Item: Displays the New Item Properties dialog, which allows you to create new inventory items.

• Edit Item: Displays the New Item Properties dialog for the selected inventory item, which allows you to edit the item's attributes. This option is only available for a singly selected item in the Inventory pane.

• Receive by Part Number: Displays the Receive Item by Part Number dialog, which allows you to add a quantity to an inventory item selected by part number.

• Receive Item: Displays the Receive Item dialog, which allows you to increase the quantity of the selected item. This option is only available for a singly selected inventory item.

• Delete Item: Deleted the selected inventory item(s).

• Define Types: Displays the Define Inventory Types dialog, which allows you to edit the user-defined inventory types.

• Define Locations: Displays the Define Inventory Locations dialog, which allows you to edit the list of inventory locations.
