A dropdown record picker control is a dropdown menu that displays a record set from a database and enables users to select a single record.

Dropdown Record Picker Properties Dialog

The Dropdown Record Picker Properties dialog enables you to configure the properties of a dropdown record picker control on the data entry form. To open this dialog, double-click on the control. Alternatively, select Properties from the control's context menu.

In the Dropdown Record Picker Properties dialog, you can access the following property pages from the Navigation Pane:
