The Line property page, available from the Line Properties dialog, allows you to specify the location of the end points of a line and modify the length, thickness, and color of the selected line object.
Line Properties
Length. Specifies the distance between the two end points of a line.
Thickness. Specifies the thickness of the line object in points.
Color. Specifies the color and/or pattern of the line object. For more information, see Changing an Object's Color.
Transparency. Determines the degree to which the lines of the selected object allow other colors under it to be seen.
Dash Style. Determines the frequency and size of spaces appearing along the line object.
Compound Style. Determines the number of lines, along with their pattern, of the line object.
Join Type. Determines how
End Point
X. Specifies the horizontal position of the line object's end point, relative to the template reference point. For more information, refer to Understanding Reference Points.
Y. Specifies the vertical position of the line object's end point, relative to the template reference point.
Cap. Specifies the shape of the line object's end point. This option can be used to turn a simple line into an arrow.
Size. Defines the size of the Cap, relative to the thickness of the line.
