Clock |
The Clock data source type is used to read the date and/or time that the document is printed. You can select the format of the date and/or time using the Data Type tab.
In addition to the Name and Type options (refer to Data Source tab), when Clock is selected as the data source type, the following additional options are available:
Use Printer's Clock. When enabled, retrieves the date and/or time from the printer's clock instead of the system clock on the computer.

To use the printer's clock, you must have a device-based font chosen on the Font property page. All data sources within the selected object must use the same printer font in order for this option to be enabled. Additionally, if you decide to use the printer's clock, you may not refer to the clock data source in a VB Script. |
