Printer Maestro: Print Jobs View |
When Printer Maestro is set up on your computer, each print job sent to your printer will be monitored and recorded by Printer Maestro. This means that all print jobs, both from applications in the BarTender Suite and non-BarTender applications, can be stored in the BarTender System Database. Information such as the time and status of the print job, as well as the printer and computer are included in the System Database log. Using the Printer Maestro: Print Jobs view, you can filter, sort, and view information about all of the print jobs detected by Printer Maestro.
The print job records that are displayed include general information about the print job, a detailed report describing the print job, and all events associated with the print job. You can use this information to:
Check the status of print jobs.
View the print job history from the time the job is created to the time when it was sent to the printer.
View events created during print jobs.
To display all print job information, select one of the filter options under the Print Maestro: Print Jobs header in the View Selector pane. You can choose from the following built-in filters, or customize your own.
All Print Jobs: Displays all of the print jobs detected by Printer Maestro.
Jobs with Warnings: Displays print jobs that had warnings in their status history.

You can customize the display by sorting, grouping, or filtering the data in the BarTender System Database; additionally, you can reposition the panes to customize the appearance of the Main View.
