A scale display control is an interactive scale on a data entry form that displays the weight currently applied to the weighing scale connected to your computer. This control allows you to capture the weight returned by a physical scale and accept this as user input into the data entry form. When BarTender executes a print job, the recorded weight will be printed on the item.

Scale Display Properties Dialog

The Scale Display Properties dialog allows you to configure the properties of a scale display control on the data entry form. To open this dialog, double-click on the control. Alternatively, select Properties from the control's context menu.

In the Scale Display Properties dialog, you can access the following property pages from the Navigation Pane:

• Text Label Property Page

• Linked Data Source Property Page

• Data Entry Property Page

• Font Property Page

• Position Property Page
