A dropdown list control is a list of options where the user can only select one of the predefined options in a box. When the dropdown box is not active, it displays only the selected value. When activated, the dropdown list displays a list of all options, from which the user can select one. The selected option will determine the data source that prints when BarTender executes a print job.

Dropdown List Properties Dialog

The Dropdown List Properties dialog specifies the properties of a dropdown list control on the data entry form. To open this dialog, double-click on the control. Alternatively, select Properties from the control's context menu.
