Customize Reprint Settings

You can use the options on the Print Settings page on the Settings menu to customize how BarTender Cloud behaves when users reprinting print jobs.

  • To open the Print Settings page, click on the header bar, then select Administration, Settings and Print Settings.

ClosedTo enable reprinting multiple copies of a document

To permit user to reprint multiple copies of a print job or individual item, do the following:

  1. On the Print Settings page, in the Reprint Settings section, select the Allow reprinting of multiple copies checkbox.

  2. Click Save

If you want BarTender Cloud to not allow users to reprint a document or file more than one time, clear this checkbox.

ClosedTo enable reprinting a file on a different printer

To permit users to send items to a different printer than the printer that the original print job used:

  1. On the Print Settings page, in the Reprint Settings section, select the Allow reprinting to different printer than original checkbox.

  2. Click Save.

If you want BarTender Cloud to not allow users to reprint a document or file on a different printer, clear this checkbox
