Standard Customer Barcode: Provides delivery point information. No Customer Information field is used in this format.
Customer Barcode 2: Provides delivery point information and a free-form Customer Information Field. The Customer Information Field is 16 bars long.
Customer Barcode 3: Provides delivery point information and a free-form Customer Information Field. The Customer Information Field is 32 bars long.

Hold to specifications: Specifies that the dimensions of the symbol are set to the symbology standard and cannot be changed. To change the symbol dimensions, click to clear this check box.
Australia Post Data Source Wizard: Starts the Australia Post Data Source wizard, which you can use to configure the barcode's individual fields as separate data sources.
These data sources are correctly formatted with the settings that ensure that the raw data conforms to the symbology specifications, although you can edit them as needed. The following options are available in the Data sources area:
Get data from database: Specifies that the data that the barcode contains is imported from a database.
Create data entry controls: Specifies that the user is prompted to enter the data when a print job is run.
When you use the Data Source wizard for a barcode, any data sources that were previously specified for the barcode are deleted. |
Error correction: Specifies that error correction is used. By default, this option is selected and cannot be changed. Australia Post 4-State Customer Code uses Reed-Solomon error correction to maximize the read rate of the encoded address information and to provide the ability to correct problems.
Color: Displays the currently selected color of the barcode symbol. To select a different color, click this option, and then use the Color Picker to select the color that you want. For more information, refer to Color Picker.

Barcode scanners cannot read colored barcodes as well as they can read barcodes that are printed in black. Therefore, we recommend that you do not modify the color of barcode objects unless they are used only for decoration. |
Print Method: Opens the Print Method Options dialog, where you can specify how your barcodes are printed on thermal printers. Available when you use a thermal printer that has Drivers by Seagullâ„¢ installed.
