Ratio |
The ratio of a barcode defines the ratio between the widths of the wide and narrow elements in a barcode. The default setting for the Ratio option on the Symbology and Size property page is Auto, which indicates that BarTender automatically determines the ratio (typically, this is 2.5 to 1 for laser printers and 3.0 to 1 for dot-matrix printers). However, you can manually specify any ratio from 2.0 to 1 through 3.0 to 1 in one-tenth increments.
