You can use event-based actions on your documents and data entry forms to perform various actions, such as printing documents, writing to files or databases, and sending email. You can configure these actions to run when a particular event occurs, such as when a print job is completed, when a user clicks a button on a data entry form, or when a data entry form is closed.
