Use the Actions page to configure the actions that you want to run when particular events take place.

The Actions page includes the following components on the quick access toolbar, which is displayed by default at the top of the page:

Opens a menu that you can use to minimize, maximize, size, move, restore, or close the Actions page.
: Undoes the previous action.
: Redoes the previously undone action.
: Moves the quick access toolbar from its default position at the top of the page to below the ribbon and back again.
Use the Create view to configure the properties for each action.
Use the Administration 
tab to manage global variables for your action and to access technical support resources.
Use the Create tab to add and manage the actions that you want to run when an event occurs.
