Creating, Opening, and Saving Documents |
A BarTender document is a file that you create and save in BarTender. It is saved on the file system of your choice with the *.btw file name extension. Each document consists of one or more templates and/or data entry forms that you design in BarTender.
There are multiple ways in which you can open and save your documents. You can use the Save As command, save all open documents, save a document in an earlier version of BarTender, or save a print job to a file.

After you open a document, you can examine the various dialog settings to determine what features and customization options are available. To open an existing document, click Open on the File menu. |
