The following options are available.
Printer Name Source
Specify printer name in print dialog: Specifies that the document is printed to the printer that is selected on the Print tab of the Print dialog.
Get printer name from database field: Specifies that the document is printed to the printer name that is identified by the database field that you specify. The printer name is obtained from the first printed record and the entire print job is sent to that printer.
Database Field: Specifies the database field that contains the printer name. The fields that are available to choose from are determined by the database that is connected to the document. For more information about how to connect to a database, refer to Reading Data from Databases.
Get printer name from data source: Specifies that the printer name is obtained from a data source that you specify, including a VBScript data source or a data entry form control that is bound to a printer.
