Use the Line property page, which you can access from the Line Properties dialog, to specify the location of the end points of a line and to modify the properties of the selected line object.
Line Properties
Length: Specifies the distance between the two end points of a line.
Thickness: Specifies the thickness of the line object in points.
Color: Specifies the color and/or pattern of the line object. For more information, refer to Changing an Object's Color.
Transparency: Specifies the degree to which objects and colors that are under the lines of the selected object can be seen.
Dash Style: Specifies the dash style of the line object. Options range from a solid line to a variety of dashed and dotted lines.
Compound Style: Specifies the number and thickness of the lines that comprise the line object.
Join Type:
End Point
X: Specifies the horizontal position of the line object's end point relative to the origin point. For more information, refer to Understanding Origin Points and Anchors.
Y: Specifies the vertical position of the line object's end point relative to the origin point.
Cap: Specifies the shape of the line object's end point. You can use this option to turn a simple line into an arrow.
Size: Specifies the size of the cap relative to the thickness of the line.
