Dropdown Text Input Box Control |
A dropdown text input box control is a data entry control that is displayed as an input box on the data entry form. A print operator can enter one or more lines of data into the input box, but the control displays only one line of text when the control is not selected.
One possible use for this control is as a "notes" field. If a default reply has been defined, it appears in the input box when the data entry form is displayed at print time. For more information about the default reply, refer to Changing the Default Reply.
The Dropdown Text Input Box Properties dialog specifies the properties of a dropdown text input box control. To open this dialog, double-click the control. Alternatively, click Properties on the control's context menu.
