Print Station features a simple, intuitive interface that you can use to quickly locate and print BarTender documents, process files, and BTXML files.

• Using the Print Station Interface

  You can access most Print Station functionality from the browser window. Print Station monitors the folders that are specified by your system administrator on the Administrative Setup dialog and, in the browser window, displays the folders and the BarTender documents and process files that are located in them. Any item that is displayed in the browser window can be printed or run with a single click.

• More View Options Menu

  The More View Options menu provides visual options that are available to Print Station users, including icon style and size and a full-screen setting.

• Finding Files

  You can locate files by browsing for them in the folders that Print Station displays or by entering a keyword for the document in the search field.

• Printing Documents

  You can easily print BarTender documents, process files, or BTXML script files directly from the browser window.
