Resizing Objects |
At times, you may wish to resize the objects on the template. Although there are several different types of objects which you can place on a template, the basic process of increasing or decreasing the size of each object is the same. The easiest way to resize is using your mouse.
To resize an object using your mouse
You can also resize an object using the Object Properties dialog for the selected object. Below is a list of objects you can use on the template along with the property pages needed to resize the object.
Barcode Object: On the Symbology and Size property page, you can modify the height, X dimension, and density of a barcode.
Text Object: On the Text Format property page, you can select the type of text object. For single line objects, the size of the text object is determined by the point size, set by the Font property page or the Auto Size options on the Text Format property page. For paragraph text objects, you can modify the width of the paragraph using the General tab of the Text Format property page. For arc text objects, the height and width of the object is determined by the point size on the Font property page, combined with the Radius, specified on the General tab of the Text Format property page.
Line Object: On the Line property page, you can modify the length and thickness of the selected line object.
Shape Object: On the Shape property page, you can modify the width and height of the selected shape.
Picture Object: On the Size property page, you can modify the width and height of the picture.
