Overview of the Toolbars

BarTender's toolbars contain shortcut buttons to some of the application's most frequently used commands. The list of available toolbars is accessible from the View menu or any toolbar's context menu. The buttons that appear on any of BarTender's toolbars can be modified using the Customize dialog; additionally, you can remove icons from existing toolbars or create your own.

By default, BarTender includes the following toolbars:

The Main Toolbar provides you with shortcuts to many of BarTender's most commonly used commands and dialogs in the File and Edit menus.

Main Toolbar

The Object Toolbar provides you with shortcuts to insert objects on the template or data entry form.

Object Toolbar

The View Toolbar provides you with shortcuts which alter the way you view the template or data entry form in the design window.

View Toolbar

The Arrange Toolbar provides you with shortcuts to the options in BarTender's Align and Rotate dialogs.

Arrange Toolbar

The Text Toolbar provides you with shortcuts to the options on BarTender's Font property page.

Text Toolbar

The Line and Shape Toolbar provides you with shortcuts to alter the fill and stroke of line and shape objects.
