BarTender Cloud uses the Print Gateway service to connect to your local printers and to the printers that are shared by other users within your account. For more information, refer to About the Print Gateway Service. |
Linked Printers
Linked printers enable a web-link enabled printer to connect directly to BarTender Cloud using a WebSocket connection. When linked printing is turned on and a web-linked printer is selected for the print, the label prints directly on the printer, bypassing the Print Gateway or a Windows virtual machines. The linked printers appear in the Printer list and on the Printers page and can be selected normally.
