Changing an Object's Color |
Use the Color option to specify the color of objects on the template. You can find this option on various property pages of the object's Properties dialog.
|
Depending on where in the user interface this option appears, it might be called something other than Color. For example, it might be called Grid color, Foreground color, Background color, and so on. |
Color options are also available on the text toolbar (the and buttons) and on the line and shape toolbar (the and buttons).
|
Barcode scanners cannot read colored barcodes as well as they can read barcodes that are printed in black. Therefore, we recommend that you do not modify the color of barcode objects unless they are used only for decoration. |

Toolbar buttons for the Color options are not available for all properties. For some properties, you can access the Color Picker only from the property page itself. For example, if you want to select a color for a text object's border, you must do this from the Border property page of the Text Properties dialog. |
