You can also use the options that are available on the arrange toolbar to rotate the selected object around its center point. If you want to rotate an object around its anchor, use the Angle property on the Position property page.

Use the Rotate dialog, which you can access from the Arrange menu, to rotate the selected objects around the center point of the object or master selected object. The master selected object is outlined by a green selection border. The secondary selected objects have gray selection borders. You can change a secondary object to the master object by clicking it.
The following options are available:
Angle: Specifies the degrees by which the object is rotated around its center. You can select a commonly used degree from the list or specify the rotation angle to a tenth of a degree. Not available for data entry controls or text objects other than Word Processor text objects on the data entry form.
Direction: Specifies the direction to rotate the selected objects, either Clockwise or Counterclockwise.
