Enabling Double-Sided Printing

You can use automatic duplex printing, or double-sided printing, to print on both sides of a page without manually flipping pages over during or after a print job. When you enable the printer's duplex feature, you can design multiple templates so that a single BarTender document is printed on both sides of the page.

ClosedTo enable double-sided printing

  1. On the File menu, click Print to open the Print dialog. Alternatively, click on the main toolbar.

  2. Click the Print tab.

  3. In the Printer area, click to select the Print on Both Sides check box.

  4. Click Print.

If the Print on Both Sides option is unavailable, you must first enable the duplex feature on your printer. To do this, click Printer Properties on the Print tab of the Print dialog. Depending on the printer model, look for options such as "Print on both sides", "Enable duplex printing", or "Two-sided printing".
