You can use the Rollback File dialog to roll a file back to a previous revision. When you do this, you create a new revision that has the same properties as the previous revision that you rolled back to. This new revision is stored with a Rollback action status.
To roll a file back to a previous revision
-
In the Folders pane, browse to the folder in the Library directory that contains the file that you want. If the file is checked out to you or is waiting for your approval, click the Checked Out to Me or Waiting for My Approval directory to find the file.
-
In the Files pane, select the file that you want.
-
In the File History pane, right-click the revision that you want to roll back to, and then click Rollback.
-
In the Rollback File dialog, add a comment in the Comment field if required, select the transition that you want in the Transition list (if your workflow contains more than one possible initial state), and then click Rollback.
