A button control is a data entry control that is displayed on the data entry form as a button that a print operator can click to run a predefined action, such as sending an email message or updating records in a database.

Button Properties Dialog

The Button Properties dialog specifies the properties of a button control. To open this dialog, double-click the control. Alternatively, click Properties on the control's context menu.

In the Button Properties dialog, you can access the following property pages from the navigation pane:

• Selected Control Property Page

• Button Property Page

• Data Entry Property Page

• Font Property Page

• Position Property Page
