Dropdown List Control |
A dropdown list control is a data entry control that provides the print operator with a list of predefined options from which a single option can be selected. At print time, the control displays a single option until the print operator clicks the control, at which time the control expands to display the list of options. After the print operator clicks an option, the control collapses to display only the selected option. The selected option determines the data source value that is printed when the print operator prints the document.
The Dropdown List Properties dialog specifies the properties of a dropdown list control. To open this dialog, double-click the control. Alternatively, click Properties on the control's context menu.
