A dropdown record picker control is a data entry control that is displayed as a dropdown menu that contains a record set from a database. Print operators can select a single record from this control.
The Dropdown Record Picker Properties dialog specifies the properties of a dropdown record picker control. To open this dialog, double-click the control. Alternatively, click Properties on the control's context menu.
