After you install Print Station, create one or more root folders, and customize the options that are available to the print operators, you may want to enable security so that only authorized users can make changes to the application or access specific document folders.
The Administration Password Setup dialog enables administrators to create a password for Print Station's Administrative Setup dialog. This restricts access to the dialog to only those users who know the password.
You can limit the visibility of a root folder to specific Windows users or groups. This enables a "permission-based" system, so that only authorized users can access restricted root folders.
