The Integration Builder Main window includes a ribbon that has several tabs that display specific controls that you can use to create and manage your integrations and to access other applications in the BarTender Suite.

When you click the Create tab, the Create view is displayed below the ribbon. When you click the Test tab, the Test view is displayed below the ribbon. The tabs otherwise operate independently of the views that appear below the ribbon.

This section describes the various tabs and the controls that are available on each.

In This Section

• Administration Tab

  Use the Administration tab to access standard file functions such as New, Open, Save, Save As, and Close, and to open recently saved integrations, deploy integrations, and view and create global variables that can be used by any integration.

• Create Tab

  Use the Create tab to manage the properties for the selected integration and the actions that you want the integration to perform.

• Test Tab

  Use the Test tab to test an individual integration in the open integration file or to test an individual action for an integration in the integration file.

• Deploy Tab

  Use the Deploy tab to deploy your integrations to the Integration Service and to use ribbon controls for one-click access to various tools to help you manage your integration deployments.

• Manage Tab

  Use the Manage tab to access BarTender Administration Console resources to help you manage your integrations.

• Tools Tab

  Use the Tools tab to access the other applications that are included in your BarTender Suite.
