Create View

The Create view is displayed by default when the Main window first opens. You can display it at any time by clicking the Create tab on the ribbon. This view includes the following panes, which you can use to configure the properties and actions for each integration in your integration file.

The Create view remains displayed until you click the Test tab, when the view changes to the Test view. The Test view remains displayed until you again click the Create tab.

ClosedIntegrations Pane

The Integrations pane is located in the upper-left corner of the Create view. It lists all the integrations that are part of the open integration file. When you click one of the integrations in this list, the name is highlighted, and information about this integration is displayed in the other panes of the Create view.

When you use the secondary mouse button to click an existing integration, the following options are available:

ClosedIntegration Components Pane

The integration components pane is located below the Integrations pane. It lists the property pages and actions for the integration that is currently selected in the Integrations pane. In this pane, you can click to select a property page or an action to configure the settings that you want.

The name of this pane is dynamic and is the same as the name of the integration that is currently selected in the Integrations pane (for example, if an integration that is called "Part Number" is selected, the name of this pane is Part Number). If no name is specified for the integration, this pane reflects the integration method for the selected integration (such as File Integration).

This pane includes the following nodes:

ClosedProperties Pane and Tabs

These components are located to the right of the Integrations and integration components panes.

ClosedProperties Pane

The Properties pane appears when you select an integration property in the integration components pane. Use this pane to configure the settings for the selected integration. The properties that are available in the Properties pane vary depending on the integration that you select.

For more information about the available integration properties, refer to the help page for the specific integration that you are designing. The help page provides links to the property pages for that integration.

ClosedProperties Tabs

The properties tabs appear when you select the Actions node or an individual action in the integration components pane.

When you click the Actions node, you can use the corresponding properties tabs to configure settings that apply to all the actions. When you click an individual action, you can use the corresponding tabs to configure the settings for that action. The properties that are available in the properties tabs vary depending on the action that you select.

For more information about the available action properties, refer to the help page for the specific action that you are configuring.
