The View menu contains options that enable you to show or hide panes within Librarian's user interface. If the icon has a blue box around it, then the pane will be shown either in the user interface or as a tab in the application window. Otherwise, the pane will be hidden until you toggle it back on by clicking the option on the View menu.

The View menu items are summarized below:

• Folders Pane: Toggles the visibility of the Folders pane.

• Files Pane: Toggles the visibility of the Files pane.

• File History Pane: Toggles the visibility of the File History pane.

• Address Bar: Toggles the visibility of the address bar.

• Show Inaccessible Items: Toggles the visibility of items in the file repository that the user does not currently have permissions to access.

• Show Deleted Items: Toggles the visibility of deleted items in the file repository.

• Refresh: Refreshes all panes so that they contain the most recent information.

• Restore Default View: Resets all panes to their default configurations.
