Printer Maestro: Inventory Events View |
When the BarTender System Database event target is enabled in Printer Maestro, inventory events are logged to the BarTender System Database. Printer Maestro manages the supply levels and inventory for your printer, allowing you to filter, sort, and view inventory information at any point in time using the Printer Maestro: Inventory Events view in History Explorer. Information such as the event time, severity, hardware, message, and item description are included in the BarTender System Database.
To display inventory information, select one of the filter options under the Print Maestro: Inventory Events header in the View Selector pane. You can choose from the following built-in filters or customize your own.
All Inventory Events: Displays all inventory events logged to the BarTender System Database.
Events by Item: Displays all inventory events logged to the BarTender System Database sorted by item.
Custom: Create custom filters to display only inventory events that meet a specific criteria. When clicked, the Custom Filter controls display at the top of the Inventory Events View. For more information, see Creating Custom Filters.
After selecting the desired link, inventory information appears in the different panes that make up the History Explorer window. You can customize the display by sorting, grouping, or filtering the data in the BarTender System Database.
