Printer Maestro: Print Jobs Pane |
The Printer Maestro: Print Jobs pane, accessible by selecting a filter in the Printer Maestro: Print Jobs view of the View Selector pane, displays information about all print jobs stored in the BarTender System Database while the Printer Maestro service is running. Print jobs can be browsed using the Navigation Bar at the bottom of the pane.
When you print while the Printer Maestro service is running, Printer Maestro stores information about the print job as fields in the BarTender System Database. This information can be viewed by adding or removing columns in the Printer Maestro: Print Jobs pane. The following information is stored about each print job in the BarTender System Database:
Client: Displays the name of the computer that created the print job.
Computer: Displays the name of the computer to which the printer is attached.
Job Name: Displays the name of the print job being printed.
Last Status: Displays the last recorded status of the print job. When you move the cursor over the field, a tooltip containing the status description appears.
Number of Errors: Displays the number of errors generated by the print job.
Number of Warnings: Displays the number of warnings generated by the print job.
Printed Pages: Displays the number of pages that successfully printed.
Printer: Displays the name of the printer.
Size: Displays the size of the print job in bytes.
Time: Displays the date and time that the print job was created.
Time (UTC): Displays the date and time that the print job was created in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). UTC time, or Greenwich Mean Time, is an international time scale based on the local standard time on the 0 longitude meridian in Greenwich, England.
Total Pages: Displays the total number of pages in the print job.
User: Displays the name of the user who executed the print job.
