Printer Maestro |
The Printer Maestro application provides a convenient way to monitor printers and print jobs on your network. Additionally, it contains tools to help track your printing related inventory items. Printer Maestro can be configured to send you notifications via email, instant message or text message for a variety of events including printer errors or warnings and inventory use thresholds.
Printer Maestro can use an existing Microsoft SQL Server to store its data or it can be configured to use a distributed database requiring no additional software.
You can reference Printer Maestro's help system at any time by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard or clicking the Help button from any Printer Maestro dialog. The Help System is divided into several sections:
Using the Printer Maestro Interface: This section describes each of the menus and panes that you may encounter while using Printer Maestro.
Computer Management: This section describes how to view and modify settings for computers that are detected by Printer Maestro. In addition, this section describes how to configure Printer Maestro to detect computers based on your network settings.
