Enabling Separate Back and Front Designs |
Double-sided printing can be used to print the same design on both the front and back sides of the page. It can also be used to print one design on the front of the page, and a different design on the back side.
To set up back and front designs
Once separate designs are enabled, you are ready to design and modify your templates. To modify the front design, select Template (Front) at the bottom of the design area. Similarly, you can access the back design by selecting Template (Back).
|
To switch between the front and back templates, press F7 on your keyboard. |
|
If you disable the Separate designs for front and back of item template option, only the template for the front design will be retained, and the template for the back design will be deleted. You will be unable to restore the back design should you re-enable the Separate designs for front and back of item template option in the future. |
If you send a document that contains different designs for the front and back to a printer that does not support duplex printing, the front and back designs will print on two separate pages.
