Starting a New BarTender Document

The New command, available from the File menu or by clicking the icon, creates a new document in BarTender. Depending on the choices you have made on the General Options dialog, the command will do one of the following:

• Create a new blank document using default stock and size properties.

• Create a copy of an existing document.

• Launch the New Document Wizard. The wizard will step you through the process of selecting a printer and setting up your media. When the wizard finishes, a template will open, allowing you to design your items. If you run the wizard while an existing document is already loaded, BarTender will display the new template in a different window without affecting the open document.

You can access any other documents loaded in BarTender using the list found on the Window menu.
