Print Wizard - Enter data for query

If you set up a query prompt while setting up your database connection, you must enter a reply into the Enter data for query field. BarTender will not continue a print job until the data entered results in a successful search.

To complete a search and continue your print job

1. Enter the search value into the Enter data for query field.

2. Click Next or press ENTER to proceed with the Print Wizard. If there are no other dialogs in the Print Wizard, press Print, Preview, or Enter Data to execute the print job.

BarTender will search using the field specified for all records matching the search value. If no matching records are found, you will receive an error message from BarTender.
