Enabling Double-Sided Printing

Automatic duplex printing allows you to print on two sides of a page without manually flipping pages over during or after a print job. When the printer's duplex feature is enabled, you can design multiple templates so that a single BarTender document prints on both sides of the page. To do so, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Printer icon on the main toolbar or select Print from the File menu to open the Print dialog.

  2. Select the Print tab.

  3. In the Printer section, enable the checkbox Print on Both Sides.

  4. Configure any other desired print options.

  5. Click Print to execute the print job.

If BarTender's Print on Both Sides option is unavailable, you must first enable the duplex feature on your printer. To do so, select Printer Properties from the Print tab of the Print dialog in BarTender. Depending on the printer model, look for options such as "Print on both sides", "Enable duplex printing", or "Two-sided printing".
