Using Font Manager, located on the BarTender Cloud Fonts page, you can upload, view, and remove custom fonts.
To open the BarTender Cloud Fonts page

Click to open the the BarTender Cloud menu.
- Click Administration, then Fonts to open the BarTender Cloud Fonts page.
The Font Manager enables you to upload TrueType (.ttf) and OpenType (.otf) font files.
To upload a custom font file

On the BarTender Cloud Fonts page, select the Custom Fonts tab.

Click Upload Font. Available only on the Custom Fonts tab.

In the Upload Font(s) to BarTender Cloud dialog, click I Agree.

In the Open dialog, select the font file you want to upload.

Fonts can only be uploaded to BarTender Cloud one file at a time.

Click Okay.
The fonts you've uploaded appear on the Custom Fonts tab. The number displayed on the tab indicates the number of custom fonts uploaded to BarTender Cloud.

Your organization is responsible for ensuring that custom fonts are appropriately licensed.

You can view an example of any font installed in BarTender Cloud on the BarTender Cloud Fonts page. BarTender Cloud offers standardized text for viewing the font, but you can also enter any custom text to view the font with.
To view a font using example text

In any of the tabs on the BarTender Cloud Fonts page, select the font you want to view.
BarTender displays an example of the font in standardized text on the right side of the page.

Click to enter your own sample text.

In the field below , type the text you want to see displayed in the selected font.

Use the keyboard button to toggle between viewing the font in standard and custom text.
You can remove a custom font that your organization no longer uses from Font Manager. You cannot, however, delete any of BarTender Cloud's standard or symbol fonts.
To remove a font

In the Custom Fonts tab on the BarTender Cloud Fonts page, select the font you want to remove.
BarTender displays an example of the font on the right side of the page.

Click Remove Font.

Confirm that you want to remove the font.

BarTender Cloud deletes the font and no longer lists it on the Custom Fonts tab.
