Use the Advanced property page to configure print settings and other options. To open this property page, click the Advanced tab on the Administrative Setup page. The following options are available.

Print Settings

• Automatically return to Document Selection screen after printing has completed: Specifies that the document selection pane of the Home page is displayed when the print job finishes.

• Skip Print Confirmation Dialog: Specifies that the print confirmation dialog is not displayed after a successful print job.

• Maximum Number of Print Preview images to generate per request: Specifies the maximum number of print preview images that Print Station generates for the Print Preview display. Use this feature to avoid excessive memory use if your printed documents contain a large number of printed items.

• Save documents after printing: Specifies whether and when Print Station saves documents after they are printed.

Miscellaneous

• Show folders in browser: Specifies that Print Station displays folders in the document selection pane on the Home page.

• Show folder navigator: Specifies that Print Station displays the left navigation pane on the Home page.

• Use legacy forms: Specifies that the legacy version of the data entry form is used when the print job runs.

• When a document is selected: Specifies how Print Station behaves when a document is selected.
