Mail Server Property Page |
Use the Mail Server property page to configure the following properties for your integration.
Incoming (POP3) Server Options
Mail Server: Specifies the mail server for the email account that the Integration Service will monitor.
Email Address: Specifies the email address for the email inbox that the Integration Service will monitor. The email address that you specify here is also used for the email address property on the Email Detection property page.
Port: Specifies the TCP port that is used by the mail server.
Reset to Default: Resets the port to the default setting.
Logon Settings
Specify log on settings: Specifies that a user name and password are required for authentication when the user signs in to the email account.
User Name: Specifies the user name for the email account.
Password: Specifies the password for the email account.
OAuth (Outlook): Specifies that OAuth authorization is required when the user signs in to the email account. This option includes a display of the authorization status.
Authorize: Runs the OAuth authorization process.
Remove Authorization: Removes OAuth authorization.
: Copies the refresh token to the clipboard.
Encrypt connection data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS): Specifies that SSL/TLS is used for the connection data.

These options are available when the When Mail Arrives option on the Email Detection property page is set to Forward and Delete. |
Mail Server: Specifies the SMTP server for a mail client
Mail From: Specifies the name of the SMTP server.
Port: Specifies the port for the SMTP server.
Reset to Default: Resets the port to the default setting.
Require authentication: Specifies that the SMTP server requires authentication. When you select this check box, the Logon Settings area becomes available.
Logon Settings: Specifies the sign-in settings to use when the Require authentication option is selected.

Advanced Options
Network Timeout: Specifies the amount of time for the Integration Service to wait for a response from the mail client before the integration fails.
Test
Test: Verifies that the email connection is successful.
