Use the Librarian Setup section of Administration Console to access the Workflow Designer so that you can create and edit workflows and configure email notifications to be sent when a document that is stored in Librarian changes. On the Librarian Setup page, you can also configure rules that you can use to map workflows to specific file types in specific Librarian folders.
To access the Librarian Setup section and view the Librarian Setup page, click the Librarian Setup node in the left navigation pane of Administration Console.
Use this page to access the tools that you need to create and manage workflows for files that are stored in Librarian and to configure workflow mapping rules.
