Adding a Picture to the Template Background

Use the Picture mini-tab on the Page Setup dialog to add and configure the settings of a picture that will be printed on the background of your template.

You can add a picture by embedding it in the background or by linking it to the background by using its file path.

關閉To add an embedded picture to the template background

  1. 按一下「檔案」功能表上的「頁面設定」。或者，按一下主工具列上的 ，或按兩下範本的空白區域。

  2. 按一下「背景」索引標籤 (如果未選取)。

  3. Click the Picture mini-tab.

  4. In the Source list, select Embedded Picture.

  5. In the Get Picture From area, do one of the following:

    • Click File to open the Select Picture dialog.Browse to and then double-click the picture that you want.

    • Click Scanner or Camera to import the image from a scanner or camera device that you have previously configured by using the Scanner and Camera Setup dialog.For more information, refer to Scanner and Camera Setup Dialog.

  6. Configure the other settings on the Picture mini-tab.For more information, refer to Page Setup Dialog.

  7. 點選OK。

關閉To add a linked picture to the template background

  1. 按一下「檔案」功能表上的「頁面設定」。或者，按一下主工具列上的 ，或按兩下範本的空白區域。

  2. 按一下「背景」索引標籤 (如果未選取)。

  3. Click the Picture mini-tab.

  4. In the Source list, select Linked Picture.

  5. In the File name field, enter the file path for the picture that you want.Alternatively, click Browse to open the Select Picture dialog, and then browse to and double-click the picture that you want.

  6. Configure the other settings on the Picture mini-tab.For more information, refer to Page Setup Dialog.

  7. 點選OK。
