Arranging Layers on a Template

Layers are arranged along the z axis in order from top to bottom. Multiple layers are especially useful in situations where objects in one layer overlap with objects in another layer. For example, if you have set up a transparent watermark layer, you would want to configure that watermark layer to print on top of all the other layers.

Merging Layers

When the contents of two or more layers need to be combined into a single layer, you can merge the two layers. In this case, the original source layer is removed, leaving only the destination layer. To merge layers, both the source and destination layers must be unlocked.
