A check box control is a data entry control that is displayed on the form as a selectable check box that is associated with a single option. When the check box is selected, the value that is associated with the check box determines the data source value that is printed when the print operator prints the document. You can configure the default values that are used when the check box is selected and not selected.
The Check Box Properties dialog specifies the properties of a check box control. To open this dialog, double-click the control. Alternatively, click Properties on the control's context menu.
