Advanced Property Page

Use the Advanced property page to configure print settings and security options. To access this property page, click the Advanced tab on the Administrative Setup page.

For more information about how to enable authentication so that you can configure security options, refer to Enabling Authentication.

The following options are available.

Print Settings

Automatically return to Document Selection screen after printing has completed: Specifies that the document selection pane of the Home page is displayed when the print job finishes.
Maximum Number of Print Preview images to generate per request: Specifies the maximum number of print preview images that Print Portal generates for the Print Preview display. Use this feature to avoid excessive memory use if your printed documents contain a large number of printed items.
Save documents after printing: Specifies whether and when Print Portal saves documents after they are printed.

Security

Enable Authentication: Specifies that authentication is used.
Automatically log out after the specified period of inactivity: Specifies the amount of time, in minutes, that you want to elapse before the user is automatically logged out. Available when Enable Authentication is selected.
Require a password to open the admin page: Specifies that users are required to enter a password to open the Administrative Setup page.

Make sure to click Save to save your changes before you leave this page.
