Configuring Validation Properties

Data Builder offers options that you can use to easily configure and customize the validation properties for your table data.

Use one of the following methods:

In Data view, click in the column for the field whose validation options you want to set, and then on the Fields tab, click to select the Required and/or Unique check box, as needed.
In the fields pane of Design view, click the row for the field whose validation options you want to set. Then, in the Field Properties pane, click the Required and/or Unique field as needed, and then enter the value that you want.
