To select multiple entities, hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard, and then click the users or groups that you want.

The Add User or Group dialog displays all of the users and groups that are defined as local Windows users on your computer or on the domain. By using this dialog, you can add users and groups to the security setup, where you can specify their permissions for your installation of the BarTender Suite.

The following options are available.
Search: Filters the list of users and groups by name or location.
User or Group Name: Filters the list of users and groups by their name. Enter part or all of the name of the user or group that you want to add.
Location: Filters the list of users by the location where they are set up. To display only the users and groups that are on your network domain, select Domain. To display only the users and groups that are on the local computer, select Local.
