The Embedded Revision Log dialog, which you can access on the File menu, displays the information about the active document that is logged each time it is saved. By using the revision log, you can view the following:

• The number of times the document has been saved

• The date and time when a particular modification was made

• The users who saved the document

• The comments that users entered when they saved the document

• The modifications that were made for each new revision
